My stay at the Palace hotel in Bari, Italy, had its ups and downs. The rooms were incredibly spacious and there were no extra charges, which was a bonus. However, receiving deliveries at 4 am through the back alley was quite a disturbance.

The location is superb, very close to Arco Basso and within walking distance of the cathedral, the castle, and plenty of restaurants. Facilities are decent with Swiss cheese available.
